Tzenther Aretz
Tzenther is the hedonistic and sadistic leader and the Litigation. Here is Tzenther before his rise to power and psychic emergence. He, like the rest of his gang, is implanted with a bionic-eye, a symbol of their weath and the gang's distinctive mark.
After looting the Black Rags Spook horde with the hired help of Galos, Tzenther's subsequent addiction and psychic unleashing quickly attracted the attentions of Sash, a Caraytid. with Sash's urgings, Tzenther betrays his father, Venator Aretz, having him slaughtered in the UnderHive on a hunt for the Deamon-Beast. Tzenther assumes his title and role, taking his robes and axe.
Sash gave Tzenther amition & purpose. But his over use of Spook and betrayal of the Emperor's Edicts resulted in Tzenther's corruption and worship of Tsen-Tsin, one of the Daemon-Princes of Tzeentch. Ironically, Tsen-Tsin's symbol too is the Eye.
